Directions for creating an account
    - Enter a user name and password of your choice. Type your password twice to ensure against mistakes.
    - Enter your email address. This is where we'll send your password if you ever forget it.
    - Select a question and answer that only you will know. We'll use this information to confirm
       your identity before sending your password via email.

When you have finished registration an email will automatically be sent to you and me. As soon as I see the email I will approve the account and send you an email that your account has been enabled. Accounts are usually approved the same day they are created.
